Add natural-looking lift and shape inside dresses and tops with enough fabric to hold the inserts securely. PUFF Sticky Inserts feature a large triangular shape and double-sided adhesive that grips both skin and clothing, helping create a centered silhouette without bulky padding.

The soft, flexible pads sit smoothly beneath deep-V, strapless and fitted outfits and are designed with fuller busts and tricky necklines in mind. Apply to clean, dry skin and smooth the fabric firmly over the outer adhesive surface. For the strongest hold, avoid lotion, oil and repeated repositioning. PUFF Sticky Inserts are best used with supportive fabric and are not our first recommendation for swimming.
